Projects

Our work spans global concept development and culinary direction - from shaping and scaling ARKET CAFÉ as a global concept to developing new recipes, seasonal collections and bringing them to life across markets. We also support venues and organisations, including Food Family (Malmömässan, Stockholmsmässan, XPO, Stadshuset) and Spotify, in driving a more plant-forward direction. Alongside this, we collaborate with leading brands on food-related innovation and trend-driven assignments.

We also develop projects together with partners such as the Stockholm Resilience Centre (Plate) and the Centre for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness, bringing in expertise beyond our own.

Case: ARKET CAFÉ

Culinary concept created and led by Martin Berg for the H&M Group with responsibility for culinary direction, menus and global implementation since the beginning.

ARKET CAFÉ is a seasonal, concept rooted in Nordic food culture. Blending everyday cooking, responsible sourcing and thoughtful design, it translates culinary craft into an delicious accessible global format. Built around a high-quality core collection, the concept is complemented twice a year with new recipes and products to stay relevant and in tune with the moment.

Today, ARKET CAFÉ operates 29 cafés across Europe and Asia, demonstrating how a clear culinary concept can grow internationally without losing its integrity.
